Gift vouchers can be purchased either as a discreet printed gift card by post or as an instant email voucher. Both options work differently behind the scenes — the experience itself stays the same.
If you choose postal delivery, the printed gift card is intentionally filled out without showing the monetary value.
Only the voucher code and the selected flight or services are visible — so the gift stays a surprise and feels personal.
If you choose email delivery, the voucher value (Total of flight and extras) is clearly stated on the voucher. You can however print the included template and fill it in by hand. So the price stays hidden.
Both lead to the same thing — a real tandem paragliding experience from Mt. Pilatus, properly organised and without confusion.
The voucher can be redeemed for any of our tandem paragliding flights from Mt. Pilatus.
Each option offers a slightly different flying style — from scenic and relaxed to extended thermal flying.
All gift vouchers are fully flexible and transferable between flight options.
If a voucher was originally issued for one flight (for example the Mountain Crow) and the recipient later prefers another option (such as the Dragon Flight), the voucher value is simply credited towards the chosen flight.
If the new flight costs more, the difference can be paid after the flight.
If the full voucher amount is not used, the remaining balance is issued as a new voucher.
Once redeemed, the original voucher is fully settled and replaced accordingly — clear, fair and uncomplicated.
